Jim Nolan is an experienced transactional attorney who has practiced over 25 years in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance and various other business and real estate transactions for profit and nonprofit entities, business owners and entrepreneurs. He has advised and represented buyers, sellers and management in numerous taxable and nontaxable business transactions, including acquiring and selling businesses, raising capital, adding shareholders and partners to existing businesses, acquiring, licensing, or disposing of commercial assets, commercial divorces, preparing buy-sell agreements and partnership agreements, franchising, and advising clients regarding asset protection.
