Helen S. Atter


Helen Atter’s practice focuses on the needs of businesses and business owners, serving clients in the areas of business formation, transactions and business operation issues; entertainment and sports law; branding and intellectual property law; brand licensing; and estate planning.

Ms. Atter joined the firm in 2016. With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Atter has represented a wide variety of businesses and individuals. As Branch Counsel and Vice President of First American Title Company of Florida Inc., Ms. Atter managed First American Title Company Branches in Jacksonville, Orange Park and Palm Coast and handled Commercial Closings for the state and local office.

During her tenure as counsel with PGA TOUR, INC., Ms. Atter handled Corporate, Employment, Real Estate and Contract matters for the company and held the following positions:

Ms. Atter continued her representation of business clients from 2010 through 2016 as Business Partner in the Ponte Vedra Beach office of Wood, Atter & Wolf, PA.

Ms. Atter is a graduate of Florida State University and of the University of Florida College of Law. She is a life-long resident of Florida and is married to Mike Atter and has two daughters. She has been heavily involved with numerous volunteer organizations including:
